Your first visit

What happens from the booking to the last cup of tea.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Book a shared bench, a private session or a group, online or by phone. Say it is your first time and your host will show you the room before your first round.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

A swimsuit, sandals, a water bottle and dry clothes for after. We give you towels, a locker and a robe for the rest room.

    • Swimsuit or swim trunks

    • Sandals

    • Water bottle

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

Come 15 minutes early. The door is on Emerald Street, with parking behind the building. Check in at the desk, then change and rinse.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

Two or three rounds of heat, cold and rest, over 60 or 90 minutes. Your host stays close, and you can leave the sauna or skip the tub at any time.

The rest room

A quiet place for after the heat

Wrap up in a robe, take a lounger by the window and drink a glass of water or a cup of tea. Each guest gets a locker and a key, and phones stay in it, so the room stays quiet.

In the rest room

  • Robes and slippers on the bench

  • Water and tea on the table

  • Voices low, phones in your locker

  • Stay until your session ends

In the room

How we share it

A few habits keep the room pleasant for everyone on the bench.

  • Ask before adding water

Water on the stones makes the room hotter for everyone. Ask the room first.

  • Keep voices low

Talk quietly or not at all. The rest room is a quiet room.

  • Sit on your towel

    Every time, on every bench.

  • Close the door behind you

The heat stays in, and the next guest finds the room warm.

  • Go at your own pace

Leave when you have had enough. Come back when you want.

  • Phones stay in your locker

No phones or photos in the changing room, the sauna or the rest room.
