How pricing works

What decides the price

A session is priced by its length and by who shares it. A shared session is by the bench, and a private session or a group is by the group.

Deposits

A card holds a private session or a small group, and the deposit goes toward your session. A shared bench or a short session needs none.

Canceling or running late

Move or cancel a session up to 24 hours ahead, or 72 hours for a group. If you arrive late your session ends on time, so it is shorter, never longer.

Add-ons and changes on the day

An extra round, tea in the rest room or a first-timer walk-through can be added when you book or on the day. We tell you the price before we start.

Tipping

Tips are never added to your bill. Many guests tip the host who looked after them, and you can leave one at the door.

Gift cards and packages

Gift cards work for any amount and for any session. Buy one online or at the door, and ask us about expiry rules where you live.
