Before you go in

The sauna is hot and the tub is cold

Everything here is at your own pace. Sit lower if the top bench is too much, leave the room when you have had enough, and skip the tub if you would rather. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before you book.

In the room

  • Shower and tie long hair up first

  • Sit on your towel

  • Drink water between rounds

  • Tell your host if you feel dizzy or unwell
